Caregiver
Personal Support Worker (PSW) Services

Hands-on personal care including daily living assistance, mobility support, basic monitoring, companionship, and light housekeeping. Culturally competent care available, including Chinese-speaking PSWs.

Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Services

Clinical nursing care such as medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, care plan implementation, documentation, and coordination with healthcare teams. Bilingual support available.

Registered Nurse (RN) Services

Advanced clinical and leadership care, including comprehensive assessments, care planning, supervision of staff, complex procedures, care coordination, and crisis management.

Staff Recruitment and Deployment

We:

  1. Source and screen qualified PSWs, RPNs, and RNs

  2. Match them to facilities based on skills, certifications, and client needs

  3. Support both short-term replacements and long-term assignments across long-term care, retirement, and private homes.

Training and Development
  • We provide Ontario LTC–aligned onboarding, ongoing education in key care areas, and certification tracking (e.g., CPR, First Aid, CPI).

Payroll and HR Administration
  • We manage payroll, scheduling, attendance, and shift verification, including statutory deductions, ROEs, WSIB, tax forms, and T4s.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

We ensure staff meet Ontario healthcare regulations through:

  • Ongoing audits

  • Incident reporting support

  • Adherence to LTC protocols, including PHIPA and occupational health and safety requirements.

Performance Evaluation and Support
